Yoga with Lisa

It’s Never Too Late

Yoga became a way for me to slow down, reconnect, and move through life with a little more ease. Over time, it also became a way to care for my physical body in a way that felt sustainable, grounding, and real.

Over the years, however, I’ve realized that yoga isn’t really about perfection or flexibility. It’s about learning to listen to yourself a little more closely and creating space to slow down in a world that constantly asks us to rush.

I practiced yoga for more than 30 years before becoming a teacher at 57. That experience changed the way I see growth and personal change.

It’s never been about doing yoga perfectly — or even starting at the “right” time. It’s simply about showing up for yourself and beginning where you are.

Ways to Practice With Me

My approach to yoga is simple and accessible. I focus on meeting you where you are, whether you’re just beginning, returning to your practice, or looking for ways to move and feel better in everyday life.

A Little Bit More About My Yoga Journey

Lisa with fellow students after completing 200-hour yoga teacher training in Mexico
This photo was taken at the completion of my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Mexico, where I trained alongside a group of incredible individuals from around the world.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance. I also completed my Chair Yoga Teacher Training Certification in 2026, which deepened my focus on making yoga accessible for all bodies, abilities, and stages of life.

My training, along with my personal journey, continues to shape the way I approach yoga today — simple, accessible, and grounded in real life.

If you’re interested in practicing with me, you can explore the options above or simply start where you are. It’s never too late.

You can also follow along on Instagram and YouTube for yoga videos, guided flows, and everyday moments from my own practice.
